Exchange & Return Policy

1Size exchange only

We offer exchanges strictly for size changes, subject to stock availability.

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration will not be accepted.
• The requested replacement size is subject to availability. If the required size is unavailable, an exchange cannot be guaranteed.

2Exchange shipping charges

All shipping costs for size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

The customer must pay for:

• Shipping the original item back to Kinkuu.
• Shipping the replacement item back to the customer.

Kinkuu will not cover or reimburse exchange shipping charges. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the original parcel reaches us safely.

3No returns. No refunds.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cash refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or simply not liking the product after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue and packaging. We will review the claim and advise you on the next steps.

• Please check the size chart and product details carefully before ordering.
• Minor variations in colour may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
• Failure to read this policy does not exempt an order from its terms, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
